1960 Porsche 356 Outlaw

As much as we love nice, clean, and original cars there is something about the outlaw spec classics that really get our hearts pounding. The owner of this 356 outlaw is on the fence about parting ways with it and he seems fairly firm on the price. Find it here on Pelican Parts for nothing less than $25k.

The owner states he bought the car in the Spring and has enjoyed his time with it but would like to free up some capital for other ventures. Since his ownership he's removed the bumpers and hubcaps, powder coated the wheels black, got new tires, new sway bar bushings, new clutch cable and added the headlight screens. Though minimal, this made quick work in providing that sinister, don't mess with me, outlaw look. The gray over red interior works extremely well on these cars.

The owner states the motor is a 1965 SC engine that run very strong. The transmission is said to be rebuilt by Porsche guru Vic Skirmants of 356 Enterprises. As a bonus to the buyer, all mechanical and electrical items are claimed to be operational.

As mentioned above the seller is firm at $25k but is willing to entertain trades of the brethren German marque BMW with cash coming his way. The ad provides quite a bit of detail as well as links to a photo album and video.

If this were in our neighborhood you can bet we'd see this car face-to-face and make an offer. A rough and tuned outlaw making no excuses or apologies for what is it. We love it.
